Return Policy

At USBD Shopping, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery

Non-returnable items include:

• Lingerie, innerwear, or custom-stitched garments

• Final sale or clearance items

• Products with signs of wear, wash, or damage caused by misuse

2. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at usbdshopping.com@gmail.com with the following:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photo evidence of damage or issue (if applicable)

Our support team will respond with next steps and return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or

shipped in error

• All returned items must be sent in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all

original tags

4. Refund Policy

• Once the return is received and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item

and place a new order separately.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer:

• A replacement

• A return and full refund

• Or a partial refund (based on issue)
